Stitching Policy
At Keensons, we aim to deliver not just quality fabrics and outfits but also perfectly stitched garments that meet your expectations. Please read our stitching policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Stitching Services
Stitching services are available for selected unstitched articles only.
Customers can choose their desired style, size, and measurements at the time of placing the order.
Once an order for stitched or customized clothing is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Measurements & Fitting
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when placing a stitching order.
Keensons will follow the provided measurements and style instructions strictly.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect fitting caused by wrong measurements provided by the customer.
3. Stitching Time
Stitching usually takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on the design and workload.
In case of high order volumes or special customization, additional time may be required, and customers will be informed in advance.
4. Alterations
Minor alterations can be accommodated only if feasible and must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the stitched outfit.
Any major changes or redesigns will be treated as a new stitching order.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Stitched or customized outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where there is a clear stitching defect or damage caused by Keensons.
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
6. Fabric Responsibility
Keensons takes utmost care while handling customer fabric; however, we are not responsible for fabric damage caused by weaknesses in the material or incorrect fabric selection for the chosen design.
