Return & Exchange Policy
At Keensons, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange policy.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Products that are on sale, discounted, or part of special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Innerwear or undergarments
Accessories (such as jewelry, masks, etc.)
Customized or altered products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Process for Return or Exchange
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back to us.
After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds (if applicable) are made through the original payment method or as store credit.
5. Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In the case of exchanges, you may be charged a nominal reshipping fee.
